Remote training allows you to train anywhere at home, on holiday, outdoors or indoors for 1:1: Coaching, Personal Training and Group Classes. These sessions are live and interactive conducted remotely via Video Call/Zoom.
All you need is internet access or a video call on your mobile device, allowing you to train from anywhere—be it your gym, home, on holiday, or even at the office. You just need enough room to stand up and lie down.
Sessions are adapted to the equipment you have with you and, as with all PT sessions, to your energy levels on that day and your fitness level.

At ionafit sessions are conducted at a calm pace, focusing on building solid technique, developing strength, engaging muscles and rehabilitating injuries through a blend of Strength, Stretch & Mobilisation and Core Exercises.

Additionally, you can utilise your booking for Fitness Coaching, including planning, programming, managing energy, meal plans, Food Diary Analysis - how to fuel exercise and shred the stomach as well as guidance on well-being, exercise and lifestyle.
