Local bodybuilding gym in Stoke Newington, weight training equipment, boxing ring, cardio and stretch area. Learn how to use the equipment, plan a gym session, plan a progressive program and develop strong technique. Shred abs of fat whilst building muscle tone and strength. Clients can book one off sessions at Muscleworks, pay for day membership and still use their own gym or buy a regular bundle and monthly membership from the gym.
